If you smoke or are overweight it can cause snoring problems. Poor diet and excessive stress can also cause snoring. There are certain foods and drinks that can contribute to snoring such as soft drinks and sweets. You should also try to avoid alcohol, fatty foods or dairy products before bedtime because they can cause nasal blockage which leads to snoring.
