Question by Lisa: Is it possible that i have sleep apnea?
Ok so whenever i wakeup i ALWAYS feel tired, this is causing me to skip school just to go back to sleep even. it's only been the second week and ive already done it. i skipped today i went to bed at 9 and wokeup at 6 and was still VERY tired so i decided not to go then i woke up at 10:45 and i still feel like i never had sleep. i dont know if i snore at night i dnt sleep with my parents & siblings. is it possible that i have sleep apnea?
I get enough exericese i run for 45 minutes without stopping almost everyday of the week.
( im on the cross country team )

No, it's called not eating right, and not enough exercise.
Edit: Do you know what foods you eat determine how well you sleep? It's a proven study. Eat more healthy foods. Try staying up later (going to bed at 10:30) and then waking up.
The reason your tired all the time is because you are getting too much sleep... if you sleep too much your body will feel tired.
