Every night I cant sleep. I just lay in bed for like 2 hours and then I'm wide awake when at first I was tired. I stay up until an hour before school but sometimes I stay up all night and the next day I actually get sleep. This has been going on for 5 weeks, i just dont get it. No matter how hard I try I just cant sleep at all! The next day I feel miserable and tired and its stressing. is this normal? whats wrong with me??? I feel like i need to catch up on days of sleep. My dad cant sleep either.
should we see a doctor?
please help! Is it bad having a sleeping disorder, because im not even sure if i have one.

Try taking Melatonin at night. It is all natural, you can buy it in the vitamin section. If that doesn't help you, then definitely see a doctor.
