Question by KingDork: I have a sleeping disorder and need help?
I have a pretty bad sleeping disorder. Now, even nine hours of sleep is not enough. I get to bed at around 10 or 10:30 then wake at 6. And I have a problem waking up. Even when awake it takes a long time for my body to motivate. Like, half an hour of being awake in bed to get up, an hour if it is not a school day. Then when I get home for school I need about two more hours of sleep. How can I break this habit?

Do you do any physical exercise? I'm guessing not.
