I've gotten into this crappy sleeping disorder and I can't get to sleep until 3 in the morning, then I wake up at 1-2 pm the next day. How do I break out of it?

Wake up at 7AM and you'll pass out by 10PM.
Wake up at 7AM again....repeat.
If your alarm does not work have someone beat you with a stick.
